The Internet Society’s Regional Bureau for Europe produced the following update reminding us of the European Commission Digital Agenda from 2010 .
It is a useful check list to monitor the status in the region and see how far behind the countries in the SEE region are:

Members of Internet Society Serbia Belgrade are participating at the RIPE SEE regional meeting in Skopje: http://www.ripe.net/ripe/meetings/calendar/see-2 which brings many network operators in the region and IXPs, so hopefully things are moving forward.
